Cars & Coffee, May 15th

Our first Cars & Coffee held in conjunction with the Porsche and Mustang clubs at City Brew on King & 24thSt West went off quite nicely. The event drew 14 Corvettes, two Porsches and 5 mustangs, oh and one very nice Plymouth Barracuda, number of people…..unknown.

The weather forecast was not encouraging, but although cloudy and cool it was a very pleasant morning. Conversation seemed very robust and many passersby stopped for a closer look.

We broke bout 11:30 & several Corvettes & Mustangs decided to cruz to Pompeys Pillar where we visited the interpretive center and hiked up the rock to check out W Clark’s signature and the view from the top, quite a climb.
