Just a reminder of our monthly meeting Thursday, October 15th.  It will be at 4 B's at 4907 Southgate Drive again.  Food at 6pm and meeting at 7pm.  It is so important that everyone comes.  We have a ton of information to give out and make decisions on.  All committee members should make an extra effort to be there.   We need to get you all directions on what needs to be done for each category and any questions you may have on what you need to do.   

 

We are going to hand out a sheet at the meeting.    We need all of you to think of businesses and people  we can solicit for donations or advertising.  Put your thinking caps on and bring the names with you so we can add to the list that we currently have.  We Need More.
